Doug Neidich is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenWorks Development. Doug is also currently the President of LCCM Solar, LLC, a developer of nanotechnology-based photovoltaic cells. Prior to these positions, he was the President of InterCon Systems, Incorporated, a developer and manufacturer of high-density, high-speed electronic interconnection systems. Doug founded the company in 1987 and sold it to the Amphenol Corporation in April of 2005. He holds 25 United States and numerous foreign patents in the electronic connector field, and has published several technical papers in the field. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, and is an Alumni Fellow of Penn State. 

Warren Persak is the Vice President of GreenWorks Development. Prior to his current position, he was the Sales and Marketing Manager aof Amphenol InterCon Systems, Incorporated, a developer and manufacturer of high-density, high-speed electronic interconnection systems.

Warren holds a BS in Business Management and Marketing from THE University of Dayton, and held sales and product management positions at Dupont/Berg Electronics and was Sales Manager of Tempflex Cable Inc prior to joining InterCon. He has served on the board of several schools including Sylvan Science Charter School in Harrisburg and St Joseph in Mechanicsburg.

Ron Tomalis is an education market expert with GreenWorks Development, focusing on solar opportunities in the K-12 and Higher Education space.   Ron has nearly 3 decades of experience in education, at both the state and federal levels.  Prior to his work with GreenWorks, Ron was the Secretary of Education for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, overseeing all state and federal programs in Pennsylvania, as well as an organizational budget of over $12 Billion.  He also served on the board of trustees of the Commonwealth’s largest public universities.  Ron also worked as the Counselor to U.S. Secretary of Education Rod Paige; in that capacity, Ron managed implementation of some of the largest federal education programs, including Title I and Title II.  Ron has also served as a consultant and advisor to numerous education companies across the county.  He has served on the board of directors of two publicly traded education companies, as well as other private companies and non profit organizations.  Ron has a BA degree from Dickinson College.
